• Doors open half an hour before o Children under 14 years old can only enter accompanied by an adult.
• The venue where the event is held, has the right of admission. You may be restricted if you enter with non-event food or drink.
• The chairs can be all at the same height.
• Reduced Mobility: official documentation must be presented to prove their special mobility conditions. Accompanying persons of persons with reduced mobility must purchase a ticket.
• The entrance to the enclosure implies the acceptance of the hygienic and sanitary norms.
• Refunds will only be accepted in case of cancellation of the event, following the indications of the promoter. The refund procedure will be carried out within 30 days from the official notification of the cancellation. Withdrawal: In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal is not allowed for the purchase of tickets related to entertainment activities.
• The time of the show is estimated, and may start up to half an hour later, however punctuality is requested, access to the event may be denied once the play has started.

• Apertura de puertas media hora antes o Los menores de 14 años solo podrán acceder acompañados de un adulto.
• ​El local donde se celebra el evento, tiene derecho de admisión. Puede verse restringido el paso si se entra con bebida o comida que no sea del evento.
• ​Las sillas de pista pueden estar todas a la misma altura
• ​Movilidad Reduida: se deberá presentar la documentación oficial que acredite sus condiciones especiales de movilidad. Los acompañantes de personas de movilidad reducida deberán comprar la entrada.
• La entrada al recinto implica el aceptar las normas higiénico sanitarias.
• Solo se admitirán devoluciones en caso de cancelación del evento, siguiendo las indicaciones del promotor. El procedimiento de devolución se realizará en un plazo de 30 días desde la notificación oficial de la cancelación. Desistimiento: De acuerdo con la normativa vigente, no se admite el derecho de desistimiento para la compra de entradas relacionadas con actividades de esparcimiento.
• La hora del espectáculo es estimativa, pudiendo empezar hasta media hora más tarde, no obstante se ruega puntualidad, podrá denegarse el acceso al evento una vez empezada la obra.
